Summer is here.

Well school is out for Madeline as of the 5th of June. She is doing a 3 week summer program at ISKL. The little ones are still in school (THANK GOD for my 3 hours to myself in the morning). We have been to the movies twice this last week...once to see Monster vs. Aliens and the second time to see Hannah Montana. Matthew did awesome sitting to watch Monsters vs. Aliens. We didn't take him to see Hannah Montana (though he would have loved it) because that was a girls evening....he didn't like that response. He said I was being mean to him....forehead scrunched and all! Poor baby! We are going to try and do some batik painting this week, possibly a zoo visit and of course the pool.

Just a note that our guinea pig Freddie died. It was a sad week for us. Of course, fine minutes later...."when can we get another guinea pig?"
